"The staff was great and room was very cute. While "small" they did a great job of maximizing the space. The only disappointing thing was regarding the shuttle to/from the airport. It wasn't till we received the email from the hotel a day or two before we arrived that we found out there was a charge for the airport shuttle. All the other things were clear, what was free vs available with a fee. One of the specific reasons we booked this hotel was due to the shuttle. Ultimately we never used it. It was the one and only thing disappointing about our time. The welcome cocktail was a nice touch."
