"Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, hat aber nicht, - wie man bei dem letzten Foto meinen möchte -, ein Fenster mit schönem Ausblick im Obergeschoss, zu dem die fotografierte Treppe führt - im Gegenteil: der Eingang zu Küche und Duschbad liegt im Erdgeschoss, und die Treppe führt in den Keller! Dort hatte der Durchgangsraum (Wohnzimmer) keine Fenster, der dahinterliegende Schlafraum hatte Kellerfensteröffnungen zu Lichtschächten. Das hatten wir so...

"It’s a very nice little apartment which was ideal for a two night stay of my friend and I. The bathroom is very modern and super clean. Unfortunately the dishes were not super clean and some lighting didn’t work. Aside from that is was very good. "

"Large apartment. Kitchen very well laid out with induction cooktop and appliances. No microwave. Large kitchen/eating area and large bedroom with king sized bed and sofa bed. Pedestal fan in room a bonus for those warm summer nights! Building itself is ongoing refurbishment. And there is no lift/elevator. 1 km from main railway station and about 100m from tram/bus-stop. Very easy access to the city. A great holiday rental in a wonderful historic town."

"A beautiful, clean and comfortable property. The owners responded immediately to any questions and were so helpful.....providing me with antiseptic and bandages when I had a fall, going to a nearby restaurant and helping us order since I don’t speak German and generally being very pleasant and friendly. I would certainly recommend staying here!"

Der Zugangscode sollte am 29.03.2024 zugestellt werden. Dies ist erst am 01.04.2024 nachmittags per email erfolgt und ganz witzig nochmals am 02.04.2024 per email. "Eine feine kleine FeWo direkt am Main und kurz vor Würzburg. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt an der Straße und man ist in 10 Minuten in der City. Oder mit dem Fahrrad auf dem Maintalradweg unterwegs. Die sehr nette Vermieterin nimmt einen herzlich in Empfang. Im Sommer lädt außerdem der Garten ein."
