The sunny apartment is located in a quiet side street in the 1st. OG of a 4 family house and is fully furnished. The apartment has a south-facing balcony and also has its own free parking space in front of the house. The completely renovated apartment (autumn 2018) has a daylight bathroom with walk-in rain shower and a new, fully equipped kitchen. The adjacent large room is equipped with a dining table, a lighted living room cabinet with TV and music system, a double bed (140m x 200m), additional sofa bed and a large wardrobe. Of course, towels and bed linen are available. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Very good traffic connection: Fair and airport in 15 minutes by car. Esslingen (Historic Old Town) in 10 minutes by car. To the S-Bahn in 3 minutes by bus (stop about 1 min walk) or in 10 minutes on foot. Stuttgart in 20 minutes by car. The A8 motorway in 3 car minutes. The baker is on the doorstep, as well as the bank. The adjacent fields invite you for a walk and the city center is easily reachable in 5 minutes on foot. Other grocery stores are 3 minutes away by car. The minimum stay is two nights.
