Die Wohnung ist aufgrund der Bauweise des Hauses sehr dunkel. Terrasse kaum benutzbar, da keine Sonne. Schlafzimmertür nicht kippbar zur Lüftung. Zugang zum Apartment ist nicht einladend. Der Name „am Dorfteich“ ist irreführend, da der Teich vom Apartment nicht zu sehen ist.

Eine sehr angenehme und sauber gepflegte Wohnung mit Blick in den Garten. Ein junges Kanninchen war steter Gast und machte sich jeden Morgen über die heruntergefallenen Äpfel her. Die Bettwäsche und -bezüge waren prima, fühlte sich neu, frisch und sauber an. In der Küche waren viele kleine und ausreichende Hilfsmittel (Spülmittel, Kaffeefilter, Spültabs etc,). Toll auch, dass im offensichtlich kürzlich sanierten (?) hellen Bad Dusch- und Handseife sowie Bodylotion vorhanden war. Hätte man wissen sollen, dann hätten wir das nicht alles mitnehmen müssen. Gut auch, in unmittelbarer Nähe Ihr Büro als persönliche Ansprechpartner zu haben. Bei Gelegenheit gern etwas bequemere / gemütlichere Gartenstühle.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr praktisch, Leksus Fahrradvermietung und ein Bäcker sind gegenüber, Feinkost Meyer und Budni sehr nah, man ist in wenigen Schritten am Dorfteich und bis zum Strand sind es nur wenige hundert Meter. Late Check-in funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Apartmenthauses, ganz hinten links um die Ecke. Der hübsche Name des Apartments findet sich am Haus nicht wieder, stattdessen muss man einfach nur Apartment Nr. 2 (Nummerierung oberhalb der Türen) finden. Die Außenaufnahmen passten nicht ganz zur Wohnung, u.a. waren auf einem der Bilder ein Strandkorb und eine weiße Tür zu sehen, die aber nicht zur Wohnung gehören. Das machte die Suche nach dem richtigen Eingang doch etwas verwirrend. Zur Begrüßung fand ich eine Flasche Sprudel und eine Flasche Weißwein des Apartmentservices vor. Leider gibt es keine richtigen Fahrradstellplätze, nur PkW-Stellplätze (1 pro Wohnung) ohne die Möglichkeit, ein Rad anzuschließen. Die Wohnung ist im Wesentlichen voll ausgestattet. Nur große Teller und Suppenteller habe ich seltsamerweise nicht gefunden. Die Möbel dürften größtenteils von Ikea sein und waren okay bequem. Die Wohnung hat eine kleine Terrasse mit Terrassenmöbeln. Es gibt eine Münzwaschmaschine und einen Münztrockner im Keller (Kellerschlüssel hängt in der Wohnung hinter der Eingangstür). Man benötigt 3 50-Cent-Stücke für die Waschmaschine (+ ggf. nochmal ein 50 Cent-Stück, um die Tür wieder aufzubekommen, und natürlich Waschmittel) sowie 2 50-Cent-Stücke für den Trockner. Leider wurde keine Zwischenreinigung angeboten (was bei über zwei Wochen Aufenthalt mE schon angebracht gewesen wäre), die Wohnung ist aber mit Staubsauger & Co ausgestattet. Es wurden ein Set Bettwäsche sowie zwei kleine und ein großes Handtuch nebst Duschvorleger gestellt. Zusätzliche Wäsche hätte man extra bezahlen müssen. Die Wohnung ist grds. recht ruhig, trotz der nahen Hauptstraße. Allerdings wurde zweimal morgens um 9h der Rasen ausgiebig gemäht, das war dann sehr laut, auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Check-out bis 10h fand ich eher früh, zumal man die Wohnung besenrein hinterlassen und dann für den Check-out noch zu SAS laufen musste.
