Stranddistel, App. 1 - Design Kleinod für Preisbewusste, in Bester, Zentraler Lage

A design gem for budget-conscious buyers, in a prime, central location

Calling all design fans: with this home, you’re choosing plenty of fantastic, cohesive design. Here you’ll find clean lines—nothing is overdone. And yet the living atmosphere is cosy and warm, exuding a sense of calm. And all this at a very budget-friendly price.

The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Wenningstedt, where Abeling’s delicious island rolls are practically delivered to your doorstep, and the village pond is just a stone’s throw away, right across the street. And the beach is also easily accessible after a short walk.

Of course, the exterior of the house won’t win any design awards, but as we all know, it’s what’s inside that counts. And that speaks for itself: your accommodation is on the 1st floor and are completely at ground level. Thanks to the large window wall, your combined living and dining area is flooded with light, and your large balcony—facing south—lets you enjoy the sun almost all day long.

Your kitchenette is small but charming and has everything you need for cooking. Details like beautiful glassware and tableware, as well as tasteful decorations, harmoniously round out the all-around feel-good atmosphere. You can also look forward to your designer bathroom, which—with its large shower—lets you start your holiday day off energetically every morning.

Welcome to your small but exquisite design gem, Stranddistel!
