"Very disappointing experience. There was no communication from the property before arrival despite five attempts to contact them. We arrived at 5:15pm, well after the 3pm check-in time, yet two people were still in the property washing up and cleaning. Had we arrived at 3pm, the property clearly would not have been ready. The cleanliness was unacceptable. Plates and pans needed washing before use, there were dirty cups in the dishwasher, mouldy cheese in the fridge and a freezer that appeared...

"The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was perfect, especially if you’re visiting Wembley Stadium as it’s only a short walk away. The staff were all friendly and polite, which made the stay even better. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"Stayed to see a concert in Wembley, the apartment was great for what we needed, bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and the shower wasn’t very powerful but the rest of the apartment was really clean and couldn’t have asked for a better location for the stadium. Will definitely stay again"
