The staff were very helpful and nice! While we were there, Europe was having a heat wave, and the AC never got the room very cool. The bed was clean and nice, but the mattress was very hard, as were the pillows. So while it was clean, in a great location, and with friendly staff, we did not get much sleep while there! The breakfast was expensive, especially if you only wanted a croissant and coffee. It was an all you can eat buffet with cheese, meat, yogurt, etc, so only worth it if you eat a lot at breakfast. If you like firm mattresses and pillows, it would be 5 stars!"
