Centrally located in the popular seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea, this semi-detached holiday property is just a few minutes walk away from the quayside, well known for its fresh shellfish. There are many good pubs and restaurants in the town with a sandy beach 1 mile from the quayside. An ideal holiday choice any time of year. Holkham Hall parkland and beach is 2 miles. Sandringham Royal Estate is 10 miles. Sailing, windsurfing, walking, golf and cycling are all available locally. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.
