Clean, quiet place to stay. Well maintained. Convenient parking. My only suggestion is to offer a protein (other than beans) for breakfast. There is a nice assortment of breads, pastry and muffins.

Lovely motel! We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 kids. Loved that there was a little playground so our kids could cut loose and we could relax. The rooms are simple and clean! The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was hot. The staff- so kind and friendly! Thank you for making our quick getaway a little easier and more enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again.

This place was so great! I would absolutely love to stay here again! It is set up so cute (makes you really feel like you are right at the beach), has a little continental breakfast, an area for smaller kids to place, a bigger swingset, and a pool! You can even use grills to have a cookout, which is such a nice option to have. It's close to all things as well. The staff was easy to communicate with- we came in super late and they made sure we would have access to our room with no problems. I truly can't recommend this place enough, like i said- we hope to come back!!

Perfect place to stay for our trip to Acadia National Park. Convenient location at a reasonable price. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The reception staff were not friendly. The cleaning staff were extremely helpful.

The room was very nice, clean well presented, everything worked as it should, my only complaint is not against the place we were its the loudness of kids being rude banging on stuff running up n down stairs at 10:30 at night which was very loud its the parents not showing respect for others next to them the buffet was ehh grab n go style, otherwise great location to wells beach and Marginal Way!

It was nice. The room was clean, could definitely use some upgrades though. The kids loved the pool, and I did like that they had grills on property. Close enough to the beach but next time I would probably opt for something more within walking distance. Cute little breakfast display in the morning with fresh baked muffins.
