  • This 2 bedroom, 1 bath, cottage is located in the beautiful, private area of Beach Dreams, newly renovated with new mattresses, new ac unit, new dishwasher. Perkins Cove village located 2 min walk to main pool area, club house. in Wells Maine. Beach Dreams is a gated cottage resort situated on 43 acres with a swimming pool, hot tub, exercise facility, club house. This property is very close to ogunquit, York, and Kennebunkport. 5 min car ride to the beaches. 20 min ride to shopping outlets. Only an hr or so away from the White Mountains. 30 min away from Old Orchard Beach. So many options!!

Great cottage in a secure community. Very clean. They provide almost everything you need. Hannaford's Supermarket just down the road. Close to North Beach in Ogunquit. Water was so clear, you could see the bottom and that has never happened at a Maine beach before (no seaweed, rocks) in my experience. Three TV's- yay! I would rent this cottage again without hesitation.
