It is located centrally on the property and short walk to the main clubhouse & pool complex. This 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath cottage accommodates 6 people. The open kitchen and dining space is perfect for family meals, games and socializing. Less than a mile to Moody Beach & 5-minute drive to downtown Ogunquit.

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Summer Village! Best location and wonderful for families. The cottage was adorable and had everything we could have needed (bikes, grill, tennis racquets, board games, playing cards, etc.). Our family LOVES staying on the Summer Village property with it's 3 pools, sports courts and playground. It's a great location to beaches and fun restaurants! We will certainly be back!

The Grands

We have stayed at other Summer Villages cottages in the past, this was my 6th time and one of the best. I took 4 of my grandchildren ages 9-15, this was the perfect place for us. Great location, the host had everything you could want, the 4 bicycles were such a great touch. They had a blast riding to the pool, basketball and pickleball courts. That the host was generous enough to supply the towels and linens was so appreciative, a few less supplies to pack. Numerous games and activities for the kiddos, supply bag with toiletries supplied (even though we didn’t use any) a great touch. I could not think of one thing that wasn’t thought of. Thank you for a wonderful week of memories.

This is our first time at Summer village cottages. Very easy check in and check out process. Cottage had all necessary household accoutrements needed to spend the summer in Maine. Very easy to walk, ride bikes or take the private village trolley to the pool, game room, tennis courts, bocce ball courts or game room. The cottage was clean well kept and plenty of room inside for our family of 4. We look forward to many future visits.Thanks Alan

Great stay after we cleaned out the air conditioning which took 3 hours, our daughter had a severe asthma attack and we had to get her on the nebulizer. The cottage had great amenities.

Great home base for a beach getaway. Stayed for a long weekend, family of four had more than enough room. We hit the beach twice, saw toy story 5 with the kids, rode bikes around the property with my 11 year old son, went to Yorks wild kingdom and of course got some good seafood.House is nice and clean, well-stocked and cozy. We enjoyed the place and the property itself is nice too.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at the Ocean Pearl cottage in Summer Village! It was the perfect vacation for our family of three, including our 12-year-old daughter.The owner was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, communicating when needed without being intrusive. The cottage was comfortable, well maintained, and located toward the back of the community, making it especially quiet and peaceful.Summer Village is a safe, gated community with great amenities, and the location made it easy to explore the surrounding area while still feeling like a relaxing retreat.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly getaway. I highly recommend renting this beautiful home. The owner was very responsive to any questions and the unit was well appointed and kid friendly.
