Good place to stay, suited us well. Would have been good to have tv instructions and how things worked etc at property as we did not receive the email with these instructions on it, would just help things go a bit smoother

Nice wee place, freshly done up and reasonably priced. No instructions on how the TV worked which would have been helpful. Overall a nice stay. Considering the location it was pretty quiet. Had an issue with a faulty smoke alarm (of course when we were in bed lol) but owner came straight away and fixed the issue. Great locality to shopping centre and supermarkets.

Close to village and transport. Excellent hot shower. Very comfortable bed. Courteous, helpful and discreet manager, owners and neighbours. This is a solid old colonial working class house in the process of being tastefully renovated. Work is still to be done to make it warmer though the heat pump and electric heaters are provided and work well. So bring warm clothes for the changeable Wellington weather! And a warm dressing gown and slippers or thick tracksuit for inside the house. The sunrise and sunset are beautiful over the hills. The full kitchen is a blessing for anyone with a special diet and wanting to cook all meals at home. Perfectly clean throughout.
