The stairs to the apartment were quite difficult for one of our group with a disability and there was no lift. The property was quite clean but a bit 'tired' (worn carpet, a ripped curtain, a broken blind) which I was not expecting in a Penthouse of this price. Having said that the beds were comfortable and the apartment had everything we needed in it.
