This new, architecturally designed townhouse, just minutes from vibrant Cuba Street, has all the boxes ticked. With free garage parking, a security alarm system, super fast WIFI, state of the art appliances, free Netflix, two bathrooms and multiple indoor and outdoor living spaces - you can relax knowing your every need is taken care of! You are in easy walking distance to fabulous eateries, attractions, galleries, shopping and more, although with a home this good you may never want to leave! Enter the property on the ground floor via a sunny courtyard, or from the drive-in garage. The ground floor features a double bedroom and bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity. The laundry is in the garage, along with extra cupboard storage for larger items. On the first floor you will find the open plan living area with sofabed, TV, and balcony, plus dining and kitchen. Please note there is a surcharge ($20) for use of the sofa bedding. The top floor features a generous, sunny master suite with walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The ensuite, with shower, vanity and toilet, is also accessible from the hallway which is convenient for guests staying in the second Queen bedroom (also on this level). The entire townhouse, including garage parking, are yours to enjoy exclusively during your stay. Our team are available via text, phone and in-app throughout your stay.

First, Check-in was easy as could be. The key and garage door opener were in a box with an easy-to-use code. When we got inside, there was laminated guide to the property, the amenities, and the area.Second, the location could NOT be better. It was a 60 second walk down to Cuba street. If you do not know Wellington, that means we were a 60 second walk from a street offering about 30 restaurants as well as several small grocery stores. The perfect place to stay, as we could all get whatever we wanted to eat (or carry away). Finally, the property itself exceeded all expectations. Clean, three super comfortable rooms (the beds were so good we asked about the make and model of the mattresses). And the bathrooms were super modern, with heating racks, warming lights, a skylight that could open, etc.).
