The property is a 2-story, 5 bedroom home with fantastic water and sunset views from the balcony, and a large garden featuring a putting green, Bocce Court, fire pit and bbq fascilites. The home is on filtered water, fully air-conditioned and has laundry amenities provided. Wellington Marina is just over an hour travel by road from Adelaide and the ideal base to explore the Coorong, Lower Lakes and the River Murray and is only 10 minutes from The Shell V-Power Motorsport park at The Bend.
