"The rooms are nice and big, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I've stayed here a couple of times as its a good location and easy to travel around the city."

"The property is lovely and has a very traditional English feel which we appreciated, however the entire property lacks any ventilation/airflow - suffice to say there is also no air conditioning - which made the rooms simply insufferable during a heat wave. Recognizing that the climate has changed, management needs to provide at minimum a fan per room to enable some degree of ventilation and air movement during summer months if they expect guests to be able to sleep and enjoy the facilities."
