"I like this hotel and use it a lot...and thought my luck was in this time when offered an upgrade... Sadly... The room while lovely was next to reception... So noisy until the early hours with people and staff coming and going... And the reception music is on a speaker next to the bedroom wall was playing until well after midnight... Will be careful accepting an upgrade next time"

The only thing I noticed was a hole in the window and some of the outside window sills had paint peeling off. The leasure facilities were small but very usable. The food was very good quality and great value. The overall stay was excellent value. "
