"We had a lovely 4 night stay at the apartment (2 adults, 2 children). Apartment was lovely and cosy, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Instow is a lovely place to visit and the views from the apartment are stunning. Would definitely recommend going to The Boathouse for a meal. There are two sets of stairs up to the apartment, which is part of the owners property (but don't worry you wouldn't know they were there, the apartment is very private) so not for those with mobility...

"Everything you could possibly need in this clean and spacious apartment. This is our second stay and we will return. "Mit einem fantastischen Blick auf den langen Strand mit der ausgeprägten Ebbe und Flut punktet diese Ferienwohnung. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Andy, der Caretaker, war sehr nett und hat uns super eingewiesen. In der nähreren Umgebung finden sich jede Menge Restaurants und Take away, so dass man eigentlich nicht kochen müsste. Mehrere Surfschulen in der Umgebung bieten für junge Leute viel Abwechslung. Es war für uns als Familie ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub."

"We had a small misunderstanding about the composition of our group meaning we didn't have the right combination of beds made up - but the owners responded quickly and helpfully, as they did to all questions.
