Cute area lots of recreational activities

4.5 stars for me. The space fit 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably. I would recommend solving for WiFi. We had a couple chilly days and would have liked to watch movies together (without commercials). We didn’t know anything about the area and don’t own a boat. We were able to fill each day with an outdoor hike to Ravine Gardens, Welaka state forest and Salt Springs. If you plan to do laundry don’t forget coins!

Very dated

This condo was very dated and dirty. It needs a complete remodel. We were greeted by a dead roach upon entry and everything was rusty and mildewy. The digital lock was finicky and it would take us multiple tries to get in every time. We were there with friends who stayed in other units which were very clean and updated so I would stay in a different unit if we were to go back. Location was good and we loved the pool area, dock, and grills. Docks were recently redone and are nice. Community is friendly and it was easy access to the springs and a lot of restaurants.
