"the property is clean but i had to visit the reception twice to get key cards and on the last day lights went off and there onwards couldnt switch on lights. there was no minibar price so we thought what ever in minibar was free especially the water. all the ladies assistance was excellent but there was one male staff with an Attitude. he addressed all white people by calling them Sir but as I looked asian he called me mister, I took it as an insult. He never look at you and speak he acted as he was the general manager."

"Tout était parfait hôtel très propre, et décor exotique. chambre parfaite également avec beaucoup d’espace À moins de 5 min à pieds de deux lignes de Tram (18 et 71) et à moins de 10 minutes toujours à pied d’une station de métro (U3) S’il y avait une point à améliorer ce serait de varier un peu le menu du déjeuner buffet qui est en soit très bon et avec beaucoup de choix Je recommande cet hôtel"
