Eenvoudige kamer maar voldoet zeker. Privacy in de badkamer helemaal niet correct. Bij het douchen sta je te kijk voor de hele buurt. Het restaurant serveert correcte maaltijden. Er valt niets op aan te merken maar het is ook niet uitzonderlijk. Hetzelfde kan gezegd worden over het ontbijt. De gemeenschappelijke delen tot en met de eerste verdieping zijn afgeleefd: tapijt vuil of versleten, afbrokkelende verf op de trapleuning.
