Er valt niets op aan te merken maar het is ook niet uitzonderlijk. Hetzelfde kan gezegd worden over het ontbijt. De gemeenschappelijke delen tot en met de eerste verdieping zijn afgeleefd: tapijt vuil of versleten, afbrokkelende verf op de trapleuning.
