Ankunft am 23.04. um ca. 16:00 Uhr. Schlüsselsafe defekt, telefoniert mit FeWo-direkt, wurde an die Hausverwaltung verwiesen, Hausmeister verständigt kam in ca. 60 Minuten und sperrte die Wohnung auf. FeWo-direkt telefoniert, wenig info. Wohnung war in ungereinigten Zustand. Betten waren benutzt, Haare und Blutflecken auf den Bettlaken, Bäder schmutzig,Haare in den Waschbecken und in den Duschen. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich angebrochene Lebensmittel der Vormieter. Beschwerde an die Hausverwaltung, die Ferienwohnung wurde am Freitag den 24.04. um 15:00 Uhr von einer Fa. gereinigt und Betten neu bezogen, Dauer ca. 1,5 Stunden. Also ein entspanntes Urlaubsgefühl konnte am Donnerstag und Freitag nicht aufkommen. Sehr sehr Schade. Meine Beschwerden wurden bis heute von FeWo-direkt ignoriert. Keine Aussagekräftige Rückantwort.
