"Good location Well laid out Not clean … stale smell of cooking as you enter the property. Toilets not clean, verandah had dog biscuits from previous tenants and dog wee up the walls . Under lounges food and junk left and something spilt on lounge not cleaned off"

"Pros: Quiet. Double garage with electric door. Cons: Extremely dirty. The carpet was so gross - stained, (especially the stairs), looked greasy and flattened, and LOTS of dirt/particles still on the floor when we checked in. Tried to vacuum myself but the vacuum cleaner doesn't work! Cobwebs everywhere. Bathroom corners, edges were covered in dark mould/ discoloured silicone. Room door corners were covered in thick layers of dust. All tables, kitchen benches, coffee tables were dirty when we...

"A bit retro, but good value everything needed, blackout curtains, warm, comfy bed, good shower, bar downstairs and excellent bakery, Vietnamese, pizza all round the corner. Would stay again."

"Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication."
