"Stay was great and the east and west pool definitely helps with the hot sun if you want some shade while swimming. The hotel rooms itself is a bit dated and in need of maintenance and the internet speed isnt great. Otherwise breakfast were fabulous and the kids enjoyed the variety."

"We had a lovely stay at Pepper Soul. Whilst travelling up the coastal route from Sydney. We had a 1 bed appt on 32nd floor with an ocean view which was spotless. An added bonus was washing machine and dryer to help our onward travels with limited luggage for our holiday duration. We did surf lessons whilst there and used the Tram to go towards Burley for some lovely restaurants."

"Excellent location rate for a family and best value. We will definitely be coming back and will make this our regular for family trips. Check-in was also super easy with clear instructions. Would highly recommend! The view was also beautiful."

"Generally accommodation was good. Lovely building and staff. Our room definitely due for some love/ maintenance, sulphuric smells from bathroom wastes probably as not a regularly used apartment. Advertised as Ocean View Queen but was on the Northwest of tower so didnt have as much of a view as other rooms. Overall good value, just needs a bit of love and maintenance"

"The place was great for our family of 3bedroom apartment with 2balconys, 2bathrooms. Good facilities to cook and live in for a week. The pool downstairs outside was great for the kids, and the spa great for the adults. Thai restaurant downstairs is amazing highly recommend them for dinner can do takeaway or dine in. We didn't opt for onsite buffet breakfast at the Chinese place in reception. The place is super close to the beach walking distance it is a couple of blocks away from main street cavil ave but maybe. 10min walk but lovely to walk down there along the beach"
