A.- Mi experiencia en general: - Es un hotel regular. - Esta bien ubicado pero sin ningún estacionamiento, el vehículo se deja en la calle o en un parqueo publico. B.- Cómo me registre (Check Inn): - Se registra en la tienda de conveniencia adentro del hotel. C.- Mi experiencia de registro en general (Check Inn): - Sin problemas, la familia que lo administra son amables. D.- Cómo encontré la habitación: - Limpia con sus comodidades, pero sin ningún complemento adicional de café, leche ni azúcar. - Recomendable llevar su propio jabón personal y shampoo. E.- Cómo encontré baño: - Aceptable, limpio con ducha eléctrica. F.- Estaba limpia la habitación cuando llegue: - Si lo estaba, pero las fotografías de la red son bien diferentes a la realidad. - Se escuchan las conversaciones y ruidos de las personas alojadas en los dormitorios contiguos. G.- Estaba limpio el baño cuando llegue: - Si, lo estaba, aunque el sistema para la ducha es antiguo. Debe jalarse un cordón para que la ducha eléctrica funcione. H.- Mi visita al restaurante: - No tiene y tampoco de servicio de desayuno. - En la tienda de conveniencia se pueden comprar bebidas y snack. I.- Cómo observé el servicio y la amabilidad del personal que me recibió: - La familia que lo administra fue muy amable, no usan uniforme ni vestimenta que los identifiquen. J.- Probabilidad vuelva hospedarme en el lugar: - Por razones económicas, no descartó que no vuelva a ir, ahora conociendo de antemano como es y atienden en el lugar. K.-

Great location, affordable apartment for a large group. Metro link directly outside the door to connect you to Newcastle. Apartment in great condition and would recommend this place. Check in was difficult as you need to communicate with host over phone to retrieve the code to access the key but apart from that it was great. Security deposit usually scares me from booking with places as i have been scammed before but rest assured there is no scamming here, with the host very kind when spoke on the phone.

The hotel was clean but looking dated and tired. The rate we paid was very high for the standard of room i.e. Friday/Saturday night. We had the smallest bathroom but it worked fine, the room itself was small with only one chair for two people. The cups were small and we requested mugs both for the room and at breakfast which were provided. The cushions on the bed smelled and also the blind to the window did not work properly and was difficult to operate. We found the staircase to the rooms was dark especially when entering the stairs from outside, it was difficult to see the stair treads to climb easily. A brighter light on the landing would have been very useful. On the plus side the place was clean as noted, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and the continental breakfast was fine and was included in the rate. If we wanted a cooked breakfast (which we didn't), this was extra.

The apartment was a great size and easily accessible. It was clean and lovely. The issues we had were the front door to our building was damaged and didn’t open consistently. In addition, there was a disconnect between hotels.com where we booked the room and Kensington house and we were never sent our check-in instructions. Since they don’t have staff onsite, these types of issues were more stressful cause they don’t have a quick fix.

Perfect location. Walking distance to lots of pubs and restaurants. Ten minute walk to Metro which gives direct access to Newcastle city centre and all north and south coastal town. Night time receptionist very friendly and professional. No iron in room but provided one immediately when asked. Provided information relating to restaurant and bar onsite; these were not visited but looked nice. Room, clean with TV, tea/coffee making facilities, hairdryer, shower etc. Although on the main route through Jesmond not particularly noisy. Would recommend for cleanliness, staff assistantance and great location.
