"The best part of this house was the beautiful view, especially in the living room area. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and nice location with an easy walk to the beach and to the Miramar restaurant. We also enjoyed the unique mural in the living room. Lots of stairs which were a little difficult for my mom but we knew that going in, so it wasn’t a big deal. "

"Great location & communication with host, but the place was very rough around edges and overall dingy. The bathrooms and sheets were clean but it didn't appear that the carpeted bedrooms had been vacuumed. Dirty microwave and dirty utensils in the kitchen drawers. Pock marks and scuffs on the walls in multiple rooms. I expected better accommodations for the price we paid. "

"Great location for a coastal vacation. Close to the trails and beach, easy to take a drive up and down the coast to restaurants and shopping. Loved the spacious kitchen/living area and spending time on the deck. "

"The hot tub was clean and warm Jets were spotty in terms of them working or not. The odor was a bit much at first, but I did get used to it quickly. It was not an issue. Having guests above you and being able to hear them walk around is important to be aware of, but was not an issue. Could be for others. Overall, great location for the price and very comfortable living space large bedroom, and bath make this a perfect couples retreat or small family."
