"Our stay at this beachfront home was wonderful from start to finish. The house was impeccably clean and the location was unbeatable — true beachfront with private stairs leading directly to the sand. One of our favorite features was the front yard perched above the seawall, giving us another peaceful spot to relax with ocean views. We also loved how thoughtfully dog‑friendly the home was. The deck could only be accessed from inside, which made it completely secure for our pup. The beds and linens were fresh and clean, parking was easy with plenty of room, and the ocean views from the dining and living areas were absolutely beautiful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay."

"Almost Heaven Beach House truly exceeded our expectations with how lovely it was furnished inside, as well as the incredible view. The small touches were appreciated when we first arrived (starter dish detergent, hand soaps, etc)- prior to our Publix run. In addition, when we learned the freezer was not working on our second day, they promptly delivered a smaller fridge/ freezer for us to use for the remaining of our stay. Also, this beautiful home was only a ten minute drive to Publix and several local restaurants we loved. Beautiful beach house directly overlooking a gorgeous view. Our family made amazing memories here this week and we will be certain to come again, hopefully next year."

"My family and I (5 adults) had a wonderful week at Sandy Feet Retreat. Our favorite thing was the close proximity to the beach. Perfect. Be aware that the bedroom downstairs doesn’t have an actual door. It was a curtain you pull. And it also has a small joining room that has bunk beds. That also is where the shared bathroom is. The porches are nice. All the supplies you could ever want are there. Kitchen was stocked. Plenty of paper products. It has a regular coffee maker with a carafe. We brought our Kcup machine. Plenty of chairs, beach umbrellas, toys, water toys etc. The bed in the upstairs master was so very comfortable. Ocean view was fantastic. I would highly recommend this beach house for a family. "

"This house is amazing!! Plenty of room for our party of 6 adults, 2 couples and 2 singles. The house was stocked with everything we needed from the kitchen to the linens. We used the grill and the pool was fantastic!! The beach is directly across the street and super easy to get to. The house is very private with plenty of vegetation surrounding the property. We used the fire pit every night and just really enjoyed the perfect weather and perfect location. Katelyn was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. She responded right away. "Second time here and still amazing. Lots of updates done which were nice. The view is second to none. Beds are comfy. Kitchen fully stocked ready to go. Close enough to town to Uber in if you prefer but far enough for privacy. Great base camp for day trips. Recommend to my own family and friends. "

"Great vacation townhouse in St Augustine! You can hear the waves crash from the back porch. Easy walk to beach, or it's a two minute drive to a parking lot. Convenient to Publix and Old Town. The host, Elena, was very nice. Everything we needed was provided, but most important our dog was welcome, and the neighborhood is full of folks walking their dogs. Vilano Beach has its own residential character and is close enough to all the other beaches in the area, what is special is the GTM state park with its miles of beach and trails. "
