Housekeeping, staff, location, breakfast, beach bar/restaurant, quiet beachside bungalows, all individually very good, but combining in a way to make the whole greater than the sum of the individual parts."

"The bedrooms in the family room were extremely cool in temperature and my kids enjoyed that. We were allowed to take towels to the beach as long as they were returned and there’s a nice noodle shop down the street open between 11:30-3pm. We enjoyed our stay."

"Our little cottage had a fantastic view of Lamai beach. The water at this time/mid July is low tide. However the boutique resort is a short walk to Crystal beach, which is beautiful, and a short cab ride to Chaweng Noi beach, also beautiful. Both beaches are great for swimming. The chef at Lamai Bayview is excellent if you are not going off property for lunch or dinner. The staff team is warm and accommodating. We look forward to returning in the future."
