Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I booked this listing 2 months ago. I have used Expedia for flights & stays a lot in the past, so was not hesitant to use again. I never received any emails or messages about check-in procedures. Second clue this was a false listing was I could not find the property. The address number did not exist, it lead me to a different address. The listing outside picture did match the address, so I stopped. There were several ladies going into the property, so I asked them about their stay. They said they had booked the entire house, so I left. I tried to contact the property owner several times via phone and messaging with no luck. I finally contacted Expedia to start a case. They were helpful, they listened to my case, tried to contact the owner with no luck, and proceeded to start a refund on my booking. Do not book this place!!
