As others have mentioned the noises from upstairs were occasionally a little distracting but that’s the result with a basement-like unit. It was clean and the neighborhood nice. The big drawback for me was the noise from above. The property was very clean and well stocked. The kitchen area and bathroom had all amenities needed and plenty more. The property manager was extremely efficient and responded promptly to questions.
