"We enjoyed our stay at Tenaya at Yosemite. The location and facilities were beautiful. It was conveniently located outside Yosemite, though it was still about an hour drive to Yosemite Valley, which seemed to be where most people are. Tracking up and down each day is a lot—at least it was for us, and the windy roads made us a tad nauseous. We were checked into our room early, but soon realized we were next to the pool and had younger children in the room above us who seemed to run constantly. Since it is a resort, I expected some noise, but I asked to be moved if possible. The staff was very responsive and quickly found us another room away from the noise. It was perfect!
We liked Jackalope’s Bar & Grill so much that we ate there twice. If you can, ask for Caleb—he was great. Livia at the front desk was also very pleasant and helpful. They served s’mores every night, and although the supplies went quickly, they refilled them several times. I do wish there were more fire rings available, since we weren’t able to get one.
Timberloft Pizza was good as well. I would have ordered a side salad, but $15 was a bit too much for me. I had a Firefall Strawberry Daiquiri from the Bearfoot Bar, and it was delicious. If I had found it on day one, I would have ordered it every night.
We loved the Tenaya water bottles and took them to Yosemite each day. Parking was great. One morning we had low tire pressure and one of the staff members helped air it up and get us in our way."
"It was a pleasant stay for my group! The room was big enough for the four of us and all of our hiking gears. Not too far from the national park and very drivable. Loved the hot tub and the lobby gift shop for all of the last minute essentials."
"Beautiful spot, absolutely love staying anywhere in Yosemite. The only issues we had were parking; We think Curry Village should have designated parking for people staying there, but all visitors were welcome to park in the lot so it was challenging especially when you have to take more than one trip to the car to get everything you packed, be prepared to walk far and recommend bringing a wagon. The other issue we had was the mold growing inside the top of our tent, we weren’t too happy about us and our kids breathing that in."
"Such a nice place to stay for a Yosemite trip! We stayed in a cabin and it was great. Well stocked with all the amenities. The bar and restaurant is awesome. Great food and staff. The general store is good. Had everything you need and they have a coffee bar inside as well. Very good. Overall I loved our stay and would come again!"

"The property was exactly as advertised. It is located within the boundaries of Yosemite National Park. I wasn’t prepared that there would be a problem with cell service so finding the place was a little tricky for a few minutes. I didn’t download the map ahead of time. I have ATT and that wasn’t working. I found a man whose cell was working (Verizon) and he was able to pinpoint the location for me. There was a small sign with “Cloud’s Rest” on it at the corner that I missed the first time we drove by. The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking a person would want to do. The A/C units made the place very comfortable. The back deck was great for meals and we used the large grill one night. It was was very pleasant."
"It was nice to already stay in the park but the rooms were outdated. It took over 2 hrs to get the crib even though I had requested it with my reservation. Parking was easy and using the bus was convenient"
