"Red Bug Lodge is a basic property, it is clean and the beds are really comfortable it also has a small kitchenette. It is only a 12 min drive to the gate at Yosemite which is why we chose it. It is expensive for what it is but all the accommodation near the Park is expensive. I would say overall good value for its location."

"This was an ideal property for a mixed group on our first visit to the park. Beautiful living area, good kitchen and lovely porch. The grill and hot tub were good amenities after hiking. The hosts were excellent communicators both when booking and during the trip. I would highly recommend and stay here again."

"My wife and I had such a wonderful stay. Perfect location to explore the different areas of the park—easy access to the valley, and about an hour from either Toulumne Meadows or Mariposa Grove. Property is tucked away from the crowds and really easy to find. The kitchen had everything we needed for breakfast (plenty of coffee filters and some medium/dark roast options), and a few dinners in. Would highly recommend to those looking to explore everything Yosemite has to offer."
