This location was a great stay for an extended weekend trip with the family the neighborhood it’s located in is decent for being next to the airport. The staff was very helpful and attentive. I would stay at this location again.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The property feels very new, is exceptionally clean, and features modern, stylish decor throughout. We especially appreciated the 24-hour access to complimentary coffee, tea, and water, which was incredibly convenient. The staff were also friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome during our stay. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay here again.

The place was super super clean. Everybody was very friendly. The rooms were immaculately cleaned . breakfast offered was very, very nice and good. The front desk lady told us about taking our car over rental and dropping it off and having a shuttle back to the room and then the shuttle could take us to the airport in the morning. That was fabulous information. Thank you.

Lovely staff. Food was good with a burger cooked as requested. a limited menu but with enough to satisfy most people. Room was very clean. Lighting was dim but adequate. There was a hunt for a hair dryer which is hung in a slim closet with the ironing board not in the bathroom. Shuttle driver was pleasant The shuttle is on demand which was a bonus. I would recommend this hotel an easy walk from the rental car site

We dined at the restaurant of the hotel. The chef’s chicken dinner and seafood were superb, prepared with the care reminding us of meals in France. The server was attentive, kind and well informed. The meal was excellent in every way. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself is well designed and conveniently located. I was glad we stayed there.

We stayed here because if it’s convenient location to the airport. The airport was nice enough for our needs for a one night stay and the staff were very friendly and helpful. As a bonus we were able to park at the hotel long-term during our vacation and we were able to get on a shuttle to catch our flight early in the morning. I would recommend it for flights out of Providence.

Overall the room and the property were clean, which is most important to me. However, the room was overpriced for what I received. Also, the coffee pot in the downstairs lobby was empty three out of the five mornings I went to get coffee from it. I politely asked the front desk agents to have someone bring a replacement pot of coffee and each seemed mildly annoyed and it took long for the replacement pot to arrive (one time it took 30 minutes). Also, a complimentary breakfast should be included for the prices charged at this hotel. The airport shuttle worked out well. However, my room was dark, even with all the lights on, and one of the lights was out. The view out my window was bunch of parked cars. I think there's an airport parking lot next door, which wouldn't be a problem at all if the price of the room was lower. Many of the complaints I have wouldn't matter if the room was priced better. Overall, it's a decent hotel but overpriced (although competitors are charging simliar rates so I think all RI hotels are overpriced for some reason).
