Location is great! Very convenient. Bus stop right before hotel, bus takes you to the airport. Also train station is not more than 5min walk. Lobby is very nice. Very quick elevators. Breakfast was great! Stuff during breakfast wa as amazing! Great options, very nice, very broad variety of food. Room was very nice. They have water refills on each floor, which is great! Overall, location rooms and basics were real attractions to the location. The breakfast was much better than most and made the hotel as much a destination feature as a place to crash. The biggest regret is the nickle-dime mentality of charging what was close to another night for a three hour early check in. I was really surprised that check-in was at 4pm! You could see a lot of people were as they turned away from the option. This also created a bit of a bottleneck at 4 when everyone came back. It looked like check in at the airport.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Great location, super fitness centre, and nice staff. Some minor issues with the room (eg phone not working, broken kettle, clogged tub drain) that needed to be communicated but was resolved promptly.
