Although I only scored the apartment at a 3 this is only down to a few easy things that need to be done. But I must say that the location was excellent and 2 shops within a minutes walk and the old town in 5 minutes. The company is excellent to deal with and the whole process was very easy. Will be going back

The apartment, while it may be simple, was perfect for us. Above all, the customer service was superior. My son forgot his passport at the apartment and the employees at P&O alerted us immediately and were very responsive and communicative. They were able to hold the passport in a secure location until we could come back a few days later. Knowing his passport was safe and secure gave us peace of mind.

The apartment was easy to find and check in was easy with the use of a key safe. The apartment was clean and adequate bedding and towels were provided for us all. The neighbourhood felt safe and was very quiet at night. There were lots of local shops and takeaway food options plus the tram/bus stop was just a few minutes walk away with direct lines to the city centre, old town and stadium. We would definitely stay here if we were visiting Warsaw again.
