Gute Lage zum Flughafen, mit Bus Shuttle. In die City sind es 10€ mit Bolt. Das Zimmer war schön mit Raum mit Dusche und separatem Raum mit WC. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher für Kaffee und Zimmerservice zum bestellen bis 22 Uhr. Es war wirklich lecker. Die Sauna ist viel zu laut dort laufen Kinder rum und gehen mit in die Sauna. Gymbereich kann man für Basics nutzen, such hier turnen Kinder herum. Ruhebereich der Sauna ist direkt neben dem Gym, man hört alles, das Laufbänder, die Gewichte, also enspannung zero. Die massagen die man buchen kann für 1 Std. kosten ca. 70€. Das Hotelpersonal ist freundlich und gewillt weiterzuhelfen. 1 punkt abzug für die sauna.

Great staff, great food and drinks at the hotel restaurant. This hotel is at a very convenient location to the airport and has everything that you need to relax. I stayed at the location in downtown Warsaw - it is bigger and has a different character. Both locations are great.

Hotellets läge nära flygplatsen och precis vid en busshållplats passade oss bra. Bussar går ofta och kollektivtrafiken i Warszawa funkar väldigt bra. Köer vid rusningstrafik men det är ju en stor stad. Frukosten är det som vi har mest att anmärka på. Trots mycket personal var det inte så fräscht på buffen. Faten och annat var väl påfyllda men det torkades inte rent och byttes ut bestick, knivar etc. så det blev lite snuskigt. Yoghurten ville man inte äta, fanns inget bacon, lite tråkigt bröd-sortiment. Våfflor och en juice-centrifug drog upp betyget lite men tyvärr blev denna också lite snuskig då den var flitigt använd. Hade behövts städas oftare. Viss personal pratar inte Engelska medan vissa är flytande, därför kan nivån på hjälp variera kraftigt då det beror på vem du pratar med. Hotellet har en gammal och en ny del. Vi fick boende i gamla delen som var helt ok, men inte lika fint som på bilderna. Vårt familjerum var lite mindre än vi trodde. Väldigt lyhört, både från trafiken men även från grannar. Duschar någon så hörs detta väldigt mycket i ditt rum. Inget att anmärka på städningen, rent och fint i rummet men ventilationen hade nog behövt en rensning. Poolen är 1,1 - 1,2 meter djup är inte uppvärmd.

Our stay have been pleasant as always. Smooth check-in and check-out. Very polite and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and good size room. However, I have found the water filter jug instead of a water bottle ( even if it was not a complimentary gesture) unacceptable for 4* Accor property. The expectation of using a water drawn from the bathroom sink although filtered to drink is disturbing. Although the bathroom/ shower room was clean, there was a visible mould in between the tiles, which is disappointing and not really nice and pleasant to see even in a standard room regardless of hotels star rating. Overall a pleasant stay.
