Disliked: Check-in, communication
This is a very nice property, exactly as advertised, plus in a very convenient location, next to lots of restaurants, shops, and local transit lines. It even had a washer/dryer that wasn't advertised, so I was able to do laundry in it. I was quite happy. the downside was the host was poor at communication. I was told I would be sent check-in info 3 days in advance. That didn't happen. The day before my arrive, I was nervous to not have heard back, and wrote. I was told they would get back to me with info ASAP. I told them my arrival time. Still at arrival, no info. I was nervous if it was a legit listing. Finally, I phoned them, and the person who answered didn't seem to know about my stay. I finally got info from him, he told me where to find an "orange" lockbox with the key. The orange box was broken and empty. It was only when I tried the combo on a nearby lockbox that I got the key. But then there was no info to find the entry door in a courtyard with several doors. I had to try each one until I found it. I was glad the apartment turned out to be nice, only then did it calm my concerns after such poor communication. I give good marks to the listing, but the communication leaves much room for improvement.

The location is unbeatable, and the apartment was pristine clean. My only recommendation for the owner is install blinders on the window and I believe it's time for the sofa to retire.
