Recepcjonistka przy check in mało przyjazna. Sniadanie przed 6:30 w postaci breakfast- boxu odmowiono mi, gdyz min. 2 dni przed powinno to być zgłoszone. Nocowalem w wielu hotelach, nigdy nie odmowiono mi. poza tym bardzo mala kabina prysznicowa. Z zewnątrz wyglada hotel troche przestarzały. Sniadania ok.

I stayed in Warsaw for business and found the location of the hotel very convenient for my meetings. The room was basic but clean with a kettle, teas and coffees but no milk. Stuff was friendly and helpful

Hotel is an amazing location. Minutes walk to beautiful park, and embassies all around. Nice hotel rooms. Lobby is nothing special. WiFi was good one night for work video meetings, but then I barely could connect to just check email the 2nd night. Breakfast was good, some of the best scrambled eggs I have had in Europe.

No coffee.

We found he staff very friendly and helpful. The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. When we asked for coffee to be delivered in the morning the answer was “we don’t offer this service”. There was no room for error or miss interpretation as it was my wife making the request and she is Polish. Dziekuje.
