Great location, cleanliness of the rooms and linens are lacking. Nothing worse than taking a hot steamy shower in a bathroom that smells like rank, three week old, urine; and then crawling into a bed where the sheets were all riddled with stains. With improvements, this facility has great potential- the location can’t be beat.

Good location, great instructions for check in

Good location, walkable, restaurants.close by, close to train/tram Instructions were extremely good. I booked the same day and they were able to send me instructions clearly on Whatsapp Place itself was a bit dirty. There was hair in the bed and it smelled extremely moldy. My pajamas smelled like mold after sleeping in the bed. Noisy, but they provide ear plugs No lift, but they make you aware of this upon booking and checkin

Strange set up in the apartement when the bed sits right in the middle of the room and you have two low hanging lights above (managed to smack my head few times). No tv at all so TV set is pointless in this apartment. Shower was blocked so I ended up placing two towels on he floor to prevent water flooding apartment floor. There are several establisments in the middle of the courtyard (full on bars) so if you want decent sleep it is not place for you. I didnt care however it was noisy. Overall ok for quick one night stay but it would not be ideal for longer stay.
Water still not drained after having a shower!!!

Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft gut. Wir haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt. Das Apartment war ansprechend eingerichtet und das Bett war sehr bequem. Auch die Internetverbindung war sehr gut und die Lage war perfekt um Warschau zu besichtigen. Die Lautstärke war bei uns ein kleineres Problem weil unser Apartment im Innenhof lag, allerdings kann ich mir vorstellen dass Apartments von der Außenseite durch die vielen Bars vor der Haustür durchaus mehr von der Lautstärke betroffen sein könnten. Die Ausstattung der Küche war leider etwas gering und wirkte sehr „on budget“. Ein bisschen mehr Besteck z.B. jeweils 4 Gabeln/Messer/Löffel wären schön damit man zumindest 2 Tage nicht spülen musste. Auch ein Sparschäler/Sieb zum Kochen oder Weingläser für angenehme Abende im Apartment wären schön. Im Abfluss der Dusche befanden sich sehr viele Haare, sodass das Wasser nicht richtig abfließen konnte. Diese Reinigung sollte meiner Meinung nach nicht von den Gästen sondern vorab vom Reinigungspersonal durchgeführt werden. Auch nach der eigenständigen Reinigung lief der Abfluss ebenfalls nicht ideal ab und viel Wasser landete außerhalb der Dusche.

Dobra lokalizacja, zbyt wysoka cena.

Super lokalizacja ale trzeba wziąć pod uwagę ze na dole znajduje się dużo pubów w których bardzo głośno puszczają muzykę w nocy. Apartament w rzeczywistości prezentuje się o wiele gorzej niż na zdjęciach- widac ze jest „po przejściach” a szkoda bo ma potencjał. Cena zdecydowanie za wysoka jak za ten standard. W apartamencie nie dostaliśmy nawet wody.

Baghus i baggård

Godt nok Nowy Swiat, men inde i et baghus i en baggård hvor der i baggården var ca. 10 ryge caféer og fyldt med unge mennesker. Sikkert ok for den der søger dette. Fra mit værelse ingen støj måske der er det fra andre. Ingen ventilation og det var hårdt på en stegende sommerdag.....

No elevator, No entrance, No more

I was in poland for business trip, I thought this is new one but it was old apartment. so 4th floor but no elevator. 1st day at night when arrived, even we couldnt find the entrance for foreigner, not have any notice nearby. even i called it was not a person who working now, prior worker but he was kind so we could find the location. house keeper only once a week that is ok but extra towel and other request not possible because any helper not stayed at office 24hours only some hours but we dont know when they are there. Even toilet bad smell, I didnt want to take shower while we were also , curtain was short so floor getting wet and no extra towel even any slipper. .................. No elevator, No housekeeper, No any helper, No manual for TV , No extra towel to ask, Location is ok we can take bus easier but front of apartment many bars ,,, noisy and feel little bit scared. person who met sometimes is very kind but not enough for one who need help. wish it helpful to get your hotel. sometimes brand hotel is more comfortable and better.

Great hotel in a great place! Very comfy and nice, but they had a renovation on the first floor, and I couldn't get inside. If you book this Aparthotel, make sure to contact the owner and ask how to enter! Aslo, there are a lot of bars that work at night, and it can be a bit noisy.
