"Great weekend getaway. Spa and hot springs next door. Beach walking distance. Breakfast was fantastic. Not many options but the quality was impressive. All staff throughout hot springs spa and hotel were polite and helpful. Great weekend"

"Clean room but looked nothing like the photos or what I booked. Questioned this with the receptionist who advised I was given an upgrade as the room I booked was sold out (even though there was 3 left at time of booking according to website), however visually it very much looked like a downgrade. I let them know I was disappointed with my room. After I unpacked, the owner called to offer me a new room however after driving for 12 hours and finally unpacking, I did not have it in me to pack up again. I was given a premium twin room instead of the premium queen room I booked but I’m unsure how something labelled a premium room is situated right in front of a doorway that services many other units and at the bottom of a staircase so I had noise and traffic all evening. Walls are paper thin and could hear every conversation in the room next door and the neighbours TV blaring over mine. If it allows me to upload photos surely you will see why I was left disappointed. Thankfully some positives with a very clean bathroom and a comfortable bed, however as a solo female traveller having a room with a door that opens up to a main road with a flimsy door handle lock and a small latch did not leave me feeling safe, the room had no decor and overall felt incredibly basic."

"Lovely time, nice clean apartment. Very close to the beach, the park for kids is amazing and the hot springs. Spa could be a bit warmer but overall a nice stay"

"Very standard motel accommodation. The inside of our room stunk like strong cleaning supplies when we arrived. The bathroom had definitely seen better days. Can tell that it had recently been painted but very dodgy job. Paint splatters everywhere. The whole place could use an upgrade and better cleaning. The bed was very comfy and the room was large. Don't bother with the pool as its freezing and the spa was non existent. Very central to the mall tho which we loved. "
