"Check in straight forward. Room clean apart from a number of black hairs in the bathroom. Struggled to get air conditioning to go below 19 but that could have been us! Breakfast good and staff very helpful"

"I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful . Liked the very central location . No coffee in the room without having to go a good way along the corridor which ,although there would barely be room for a tea tray in the room. The room was compact and it was difficult to operate /access the lighting at the opposite site of the bed . However, I suspect not much can be done about this due to the compact design . However , the color scheme and ambience of the hotel is good ."
