"We enjoyed our stay as did our teens! The way the property is set up we were able to enjoy the master suite and living room and had our teens staying in the other bedrooms and using the cozy living area on the other side. This worked great when we were ready for bed but the kids wanted to stay up hanging out and playing games. The backyard area was wonderful too. We enjoyed being so close to so many things yet feeling like we were in a peaceful retreat with privacy. The beach and state park provided lots to do but we all enjoyed being able to come back to the house to rest and reset. Communication with the host was great and we appreciated the s'mores and the well stocked kitchen. Would stay again!"

"When you have boys that are 6 foot tall you really need more than twin beds. This property offered large beds which was great. Lots of outside items as far as pool, seating area and great outdoor games and items for the beach. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it. Location was great and a quiet area and we were able to walk to the Dunes everyday. Down falls of the property was the Thursday prior to our leaving on Saturday I get communication from the owner with all the details rules etc. In her notes she limits you to 4 rolls of toilet paper. There were actually only 3 rolls and mind you we rented the house for a full week with 6 adults. AI says on average for 6 adults is 8-9 rolls. This is very petty but are you kidding me! The inside seating was NOT comfortable at all. Hot Tub only 1/2 of the jets worked."

"Loved this property for a quick weekend. Close to St Joseph and New Buffalo. Warren Dunes was a 5 min drive. Property management were very nice and communicated everything that was needed. Water pressure was little light. Highway noise was a little bit noticeable from the porch, but not from inside. Beds were very comfortable. Wifi was appreciated. I would definitely go back again. Thank you very much for a great quick getaway"

"This house was beautiful and well stocked. Everything was clean and in great shape. We spent a lot of time on the deck and the hot tub was amazing. You can hear the highway, but it did not bother us. The location is close to everything."

"A cute little cottage within 10 minutes of New Buffalo area and beach. We liked the convenience of being so close. The outdoor patio was nice and enjoyed the availability of logging into television apps to stream content we enjoyed. The company left a cute bag of goodies and playing cards for guests. We did feel the cleanliness could have been improved and would look into an exterminator. We found several webs throughout the rooms as well as active ants and spiders within the house during our stay."
