The holiday home is located right on the lake, overlooking Lake Großer Wariner See. The supervised beach is approximately 500 metres from the house and can be reached by taking a walk through Mecklenburg’s narrowest linden tree-lined avenue, which is a nature reserve, runs directly past the property, and offers direct access from the garden.

The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished and can accommodate 3 people (a 4th person is possible upon request). On the ground floor, the hallway leads to a guest bathroom with a small storage room separated by a sliding curtain, which houses a washing machine. The large living area features an open kitchen, separated from the dining area by a small counter. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes, for example, a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, blender, egg cooker, coffee maker and coffee pad machine, toaster, microwave, and plenty of dishes and glasses, etc. Adjacent to this is a cosy sitting area with a recliner, ideal for relaxing, reading, listening to music, or watching TV. A Blu-ray player is also included. From the wingback chair under the stairs, you can look directly out onto the lake. The covered terrace (with sliding glass walls) allows you to sit outside even when it rains. A parasol provides protection from strong sunlight; otherwise, the linden trees offer natural shade and ensure a pleasant atmosphere on the terrace. The adjacent garden shed has enough space to store necessary items, such as bicycles you’ve brought along. The ground floor also features a bedroom with a double bed (comfort height and adjustable slatted frames), a closet, a chest of drawers, and a large wall mirror, and it has direct access to the bathroom. The guest bathroom and the bathroom on the ground floor are equipped with standing aids, making the ground floor senior-friendly.
