The Speicher No. 1 is an old brick building in Waren an der Müritz that has been lovingly renovated to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Even the entrance gate captivates with its intricate carvings.
The covered wooden balconies highlight the rustic charm and offer plenty of space to relax comfortably outdoors, even when it rains.
You’ll find sculptures on the pillars and railings, and some are even hidden in the garden.
Surrounded by perennial plantings, you can lie on the lawn or in a hammock. There’s also a barbecue or campfire area, patio furniture, lounge chairs, and much more.
A free public car park is located right in front of the house.
It’s a 5-minute walk to the historic city centre and the city harbour.
A bike rental shop is just 500 m away. A bakery and shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity.

The spacious living/dining area features a built-in kitchenette equipped with all the necessary appliances and dishes for self-catering. The couch can be converted into a large armchair or an additional sleeping space.
The covered wooden balcony offers additional space to relax; it’s a pleasant place to sit even when it’s raining.
The romantic bedroom with a double bed promises sweet dreams. A travel cot can be provided. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and heated floors. There is also a small hallway.
The garden, complete with a lawn, a barbecue and campfire area, and various pieces of patio furniture, is available for shared use.
