"Our check-in set a bad tone for for the stay. The young lady really needed training and I can’t believe that she had had any. She was unable to answer any of our questions and she gave us some bad information regarding the facility. Our room was fine until at 10 o’clock at night we realized that the carpeting was wet by the front door. This did not affect our stay but it gave us pause. The bed was good and the shower was great but when I stayed at a Hyatt, I expect really really good and this wasn’t it for this one time."
