I had to find a local hotel to stay. When I later asked for refund, they said they kept the room and refused the refund. Overall, pretty terrible."

"Nestled in the city but not in a noisy or busy area, Bonjour Hotel had everything we needed and then some. The roos were clean, with very friendly and helpful staff that may our stay feel cozy and warm.
