Spend your holiday in the coastal resort town of Minsen. With its tranquil setting, Minsen invites you to enjoy a dream holiday where you’re guaranteed to slow down. This refurbished and renovated property offers all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday.

Our bright holiday home offers plenty of space during your holiday with 115 square metres of living area. On the ground floor, it features a separate, well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, 4-burner stove, oven, and large refrigerator with freezer compartments), a large living room (TV, Wi-Fi, Blu-ray player), a separate dining area, an entryway with access to the covered patio and garden, and a half-bath. There is also an utility room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as additional storage space. The rooms on the ground floor have exterior shutters. A large bedroom with a comfortable 1.80-meter bed rounds out the ground floor.

On the private, covered, and sheltered terrace—complete with a cosy seating area and gas grill—you can relax and unwind in the evening. In the approximately 1,000-square-meter garden, two lounge chairs and a large lawn await you.

On the upper floor, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 and 1.60 metres), and a shower room (with a hair dryer) featuring two sinks. All bedrooms can be darkened and are equipped with adjustable slatted frames and high-quality mattresses. For added sleeping comfort, we provide our guests with bedding (excluding duvet covers) as well as fluffy, cosy blankets. The ground floor has recently been equipped with insect screens.

In our holiday home, a toddler bed, travel cot, changing table, high chair, and other essentials are available to you free of charge. We’ve also thought about the safety of our youngest guests and installed outlet covers.
A lockable garage for your exclusive use is located in front of the house and offers ample space for your bicycles, sports equipment, or even your car (at your own risk).

In addition to the garage, up to 3 cars can park directly in front of the house. The installed wallbox also allows electric car owners (for a fee) to charge their cars with ease.

The spacious property with a patio and garden offers the perfect setting for sunny and relaxing holiday days and plenty of fun for your children to play.
