Welcome!
When you open the door, you’ll step through a small entryway into the bright and welcoming living area—and your holiday can begin.
Our youngest guests are also very welcome here: in addition to stair gates, children’s tableware, games, and books are available in the house. Upon request, a travel cot with a mattress and/or a high chair can be borrowed at the front desk.
In the entryway, a guest bathroom awaits you right next to the coat rack.
Cooking becomes a real experience in the open, high-quality, and superbly equipped built-in kitchen. In addition to the basic amenities, a Krups Piccollo XS Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule machine is available for your use.
Enjoy your meals at the large dining table or in the sun on the cosy south-facing terrace. In winter, the wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere. The stove may only be fuelled with wood briquettes!
Spend your evenings together in the cosy sofa nook with a TV.
On the ground floor, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom with double sinks, two showers, a bathtub, and a private sauna. On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom transforms into a wellness retreat.
The top floor offers not only a third bedroom but also a loft with another cosy sofa area featuring a smart TV and a stunning loggia, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea and the offshore islands.
Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cosy warmth on cool days.
Your four-legged friend is, of course, welcome to join you inside the house during your relaxing stay.
A parking space is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Important Information:
Please note that household supplies such as tea towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not provided; please bring these with you.
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the ground floor of House No. 48.
Bachelor and hen nights, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted in this accommodation.
For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire holiday park.
The holiday home is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception on all floors.

Please note that charging electric cars at our properties is prohibited for technical and cost-related reasons. The nearest charging stations are located in the public car park approximately 300 metres away on Mellumweg, as well as in Horumersiel in front of the Tourist Information office and in the car park at EDEKA.
