A small entryway leads to the bright and welcoming living area.
The kitchen is open-concept and equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen, including a microwave.
Dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as tea towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The focal point on this level will be the large dining table with six chairs.
In addition to meals, this is a great place to socialise.
The wood-burning stove will contribute to the cosy atmosphere. The stove may only be fuelled with wood briquettes!

In the back area, facing the terrace, there is a cosy sofa nook with a TV.
A guest bathroom is also available on the ground floor.

The large, corner-spanning south-facing terrace is furnished with a table, six chairs, and a parasol. At the front, it overlooks the Graft.

The ground floor features a bedroom with a double bed, a children’s/teen bedroom with two single beds and a balcony, and a large bathroom with a modern rain shower, bathtub, and in-house sauna.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom can become your own personal wellness retreat. You can purchase sauna scents for your personal sauna moments at our front desk.

The gallery, which opens onto the loggia, is a wonderful retreat.
From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea.
Here, too, a cosy sofa area with a TV offers the perfect spot to relax.
The third bedroom is adjacent.

Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cosy warmth on cool days.

A storage room is available outdoors for your bicycles.

Upon request, a travel cot with a mattress and/or a high chair for small children can be borrowed at the front desk.
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the ground floor of House No. 48.

A parking space is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.

Please note that charging electric cars at our properties is prohibited for technical and cost reasons. The nearest charging stations are located in the public car park approximately 300 metres away on Mellumweg, as well as in Horumersiel in front of the Tourist Information office and in the car park at EDEKA.
Please note that in the event of violations, the owner reserves the right to claim damages. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire holiday park.

Neither bachelor/hen nights nor similar celebrations, parties, or events are permitted in this accommodation.

Pets are not allowed in this house.

This house has a fiber-optic connection and offers excellent internet reception on all floors
