Idyllic vacation home on the shores of Lake Gorinsee / in Wandlitz, 45 minutes from downtown Berlin

This idyllic, quietly located, fully equipped holiday home (46 m²) with a large garden features a bedroom with a comfortable box-spring bed (160x200). The living room includes a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings, a dining area, and a sleeper sofa. Satellite TV and fiber-optic internet are, of course, available. There is a covered porch and a sun terrace. Sun loungers, patio furniture, and a charcoal grill are provided for your use. After an exciting day in Berlin, you can wind down the evening by the cosy patio fireplace. The kitchen features a small counter, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a stove with 4 burners. A toaster, electric kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, drip coffee maker, and top-quality kitchen equipment will make your stay very comfortable. The beach and swimming area are just 600 m away, where you’ll also find the Schönower Heide bike and skate path. By car, you can reach the heart of Berlin in 45 minutes, and the regional train to Berlin is just a few minutes away. This offers the best combination of relaxation in nature and the vibrancy of the big city. The nearby Barnim Nature Park is a great place to go for walks and enjoy nature. Holland Park is also just under a 20-minute drive away. You can park your car on the property.<br>Stays longer than 3 weeks are available only upon prior request. <br><br>Bedding (duvet covers and sheets) can be booked for an additional 5€ per person; towels for 3€ per person. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival. Payment can be made via PayPal or bank transfer.<br>The bed/mattress sizes are 160x200 in the bedroom and 140x200 for the sleeper sofa.
